sigegame will respond to verified data subject requests within fifteen (15) business days of receipt, or such other period as permitted by applicable NPC regulations. sigegame may request proof of identity before processing any data subject request to prevent unauthorised disclosure.
Age Requirement: The sigegame Platform is strictly intended for persons who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, as required by PAGCOR regulations applicable in the Philippines. sigegame does not knowingly collect or process personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.
Where sigegame discovers or has reason to believe that a registered account belongs to a person under 21 years of age, that account will be immediately suspended, all access to real money gaming will be blocked, and the matter will be reviewed in accordance with sigegame's Terms & Conditions and applicable PAGCOR requirements.
