sigegame's services are intended for Players physically located within the Republic of the Philippines. Access to or use of sigegame from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted is not permitted. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of sigegame complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. sigegame makes no representation that use of its services is lawful outside the Philippines.
You must be of sound mind and legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You confirm that you are not acting on behalf of any third party, that you are using your own funds, and that the funds used for wagering are not derived from any illegal activity.
You must not be currently subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, cooling-off period, or exclusion order — whether applied through sigegame or any other PAGCOR-regulated platform. Attempting to register or access sigegame in violation of an active self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account with sigegame. The registration of duplicate, multiple, or joint accounts is strictly prohibited. sigegame reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any wagers placed or winnings generated from such accounts. Where multiple accounts are discovered, sigegame may, in its sole discretion, determine which account is retained.
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sigegame login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passwords (OTPs) with any third party. sigegame will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify sigegame immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use of your Account.
sigegame may, at any time, require additional verification of your Account information. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable period may result in suspension of withdrawal capabilities or Account closure.
In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations, sigegame conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all Accounts. Withdrawals above prescribed thresholds will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
You may be required to submit, at minimum, the following documents:

sigegame accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability and any limits applicable to each payment channel. sigegame reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount on sigegame is Philippine Peso (PHP) 100.00, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotional campaign.
sigegame does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or e-wallet provider) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside sigegame's control.
All transactions on sigegame are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Any currency conversion costs arising from deposits made in a different currency are the Player's responsibility.
By depositing funds into your sigegame Account, you confirm that the funds are lawfully obtained and belong to you. sigegame reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds in accordance with AMLA compliance obligations.
The minimum withdrawal amount on sigegame is PHP 200.00. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for Players who have completed full KYC verification, subject to payment provider limits and sigegame's internal fraud review thresholds.
sigegame targets the following processing windows for withdrawal requests from verified accounts:
Processing times are estimates and may be exceeded during periods of unusual volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. sigegame will not be liable for processing delays caused by the Player's payment provider.
Withdrawals are subject to: (a) completion of applicable KYC verification; (b) compliance with any active bonus wagering requirements; (c) absence of any pending fraud investigation; and (d) confirmation that the withdrawal account belongs to the registered Player. sigegame will not process withdrawals to accounts not registered in the Player's name.
sigegame does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Payment provider fees, if any, are the responsibility of the Player.
sigegame offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players, subject to specific terms applicable to each promotion. The following general provisions apply to all sigegame bonuses:
Bonus Abuse: sigegame employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging, match betting using bonus funds, and coordinated play between accounts. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be restricted, and affected balances may be voided.
The games and betting markets available on sigegame are subject to change at any time. sigegame does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game, provider, or market.
All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games on sigegame are provided by certified third-party game studios and have been independently tested and certified for fairness in accordance with applicable standards. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slots and video poker titles are published within each game's information panel.
In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, software bug, or any other technical failure that affects the outcome or payout of a game, sigegame reserves the right to void the affected wager(s) and refund the applicable stake(s) to the Player's Real Money Balance. sigegame will not pay out winnings generated as a result of a manifest error or system malfunction.
sigegame is not liable for losses incurred as a result of a Player's internet disconnection, device failure, or power interruption during active play. The Platform records game states server-side; upon reconnection, the Player's game state will be restored as at the last recorded server-side position.
All sports betting markets on sigegame, including PBA, NBA, UFC, and international events, are governed by sigegame's Sports Betting Rules, which are available within the sportsbook section. sigegame reserves the right to void bets, suspend markets, or adjust odds where there is evidence of match irregularities, data feed errors, or results inconsistent with the intended market offering.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on sigegame. A breach of any of the below will result in Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant Philippine authorities:

All content, materials, design elements, software, trademarks, logos, game interfaces, and branding displayed on sigegame are the exclusive property of sigegame or its licensed game providers and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international conventions.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the sigegame Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any sigegame content without express written consent from sigegame.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sigegame shall not be liable for:
Where sigegame's liability cannot be excluded by law, sigegame's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
sigegame collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and the National Privacy Commission's implementing rules and regulations. By registering an Account, you consent to sigegame's collection and use of your personal data as described in the sigegame Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
sigegame will not sell or rent your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, AMLC, and other Philippine regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law.
sigegame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file and/or via a notice displayed prominently on the Platform, with at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice except where changes are required immediately by PAGCOR regulatory direction or applicable law.
Your continued use of sigegame following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes by contacting sigegame support.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. sigegame operates under the jurisdiction and regulatory oversight of PAGCOR.
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of sigegame, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting sigegame's customer support team. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines or, where applicable, PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms.

These Terms were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026 and are effective as of that date. All prior versions of sigegame's Terms & Conditions are superseded by this document.
